Easter Sunday! Curt and I were in one of those "dark times" of life and I felt a real need for the beautiful music on this special day. Actually, there was very little music as they had communion and that was time consuming. But the message was, "Celebrate! While It's Still Dark" and I wondered just what that could mean! The scripture was from John 20 1-18. The pastor read where Mary Magdalene on the first day of the week, while it was still dark went to the tomb. She found the stone had been removed and Jesus had already been resurrected. The pastor said that God did His most amazing work while it was still dark.
Such a message of hope when things are dark all around!
